What it does

When a customer enters your VIP / high-LTV segment, they get an email with a Checkout Link to an exclusive offer reserved for top spenders.

Why this play works

VIPs notice when their treatment is generic. A Checkout Link gives them a personal-feeling perk the moment they qualify: a pre-checkout page with an exclusive bundle and early access, or a fast direct-to-checkout path with a pre-loaded thank-you product. A stacked tiered promotion — the kind of offer you'd never put on the public site — applies on either destination.

What you'll need

  • A Shopify segment for high-LTV customers (Tip: ask Sidekick to create it)

  • A Checkout Link with the VIP offer pre-loaded

  • Klaviyo connected in Checkout Links

How it works

  1. Trigger: Customer entered segment (VIP / high LTV)

  2. Action: Send Checkout Link

Tips

Use a pre-checkout page to layer in an exclusive bundle and "VIP-only" early access. Stacked tiered promotions let you go further than your public site discounts without exposing the rate.
