30-day reorder reminder — Shopify Flow template

What it does

30 days after a customer's order, they get an email with a Checkout Link that pre-fills the same products in a fresh checkout.

Why this play works

Most reorder emails just link back to a product page. A Checkout Link skips the cart entirely: send the customer straight to checkout with the same items pre-filled for the fastest reorder, or to a pre-checkout page that suggests complementary products and thank-you offers. A returning-customer tiered promotion ("add another for 10% off") applies on either destination.

What you'll need

  • A Checkout Link set as Dynamic (so the previous order's line items pre-fill from the trigger)

  • Klaviyo connected in Checkout Links

How it works

  1. Trigger: Order created

  2. Wait: 30 days

  3. Action: Use dynamic link (Checkout Links)

  4. Action: Send Checkout Link

Tips

Pair with a pre-checkout page for the second order — "thanks for being a customer" copy + a complementary upsell tends to push AOV without feeling pushy.
