Shopify Flow

Checkout Links integrates with Shopify Flow so you can automate when checkout links are sent. Use Flow to trigger a personalised checkout link email based on store events — like an order being placed, a tag being added, or a customer reaching a spending threshold.

The Send Checkout Link action

Checkout Links adds one Flow action: Send Checkout Link. It sends a checkout link to a customer by email through your connected Klaviyo account, with an optional toggle to make the link usable only once.

What you can build

Any time you want to email a checkout link based on a store event, Flow is the way. A few examples:

  • Reorder reminders — Trigger on a delay after an order is placed and send a link that reorders the customer's previous items

  • Win-back campaigns — When a customer hasn't ordered in 90 days, send a checkout link with a discount

  • VIP early access — When a customer crosses a spending threshold, send them an early-access link

  • Post-purchase upsell — After an order is placed, send a link with complementary products

  • Birthday offers — Trigger from a customer-metafield date and send a birthday discount link

  • Review reward — After a customer leaves a review, send a thank-you link with a small discount

Create a reorder link from a customer's profile

If you'd rather create reorder links one customer at a time, Checkout Links also adds a Create Reorder Link action to the customer detail page in your Shopify admin.

  1. Open the customer in your Shopify admin

  2. Click More actions and choose Create Reorder Link

  3. A checkout link is generated with that customer's previous items already in the cart and their shipping details pre-filled

This is handy for support cases or one-off outreach where automating the whole thing through Flow would be overkill.
