When Checkout Links sends an email through Klaviyo via Flow — for example, when a checkout link is emailed from Shopify POS — the email picks up your brand from the Checkout Links settings. You upload a logo and pick a colour once, and every send uses them.
Where to set it
Open the Checkout Links app in your Shopify admin
Go to Settings > Klaviyo
Upload your logo — it shows at the top of the email
Pick a brand colour — it's used for the call-to-action button
Save
That's it. The next email sent through the Klaviyo integration uses the new branding.
What's controlled where
It helps to know which parts of the email come from where:
Logo and brand colour — Set in Checkout Links: Settings > Klaviyo
Subject, banner, image, headline, body, button text, and the show-link-items toggle — Set in the Shopify Flow workflow that sends the email, on the Send Checkout Link action
If you want to change the wording or layout of an email, edit the Flow workflow. If you want to change the look across all emails, change the settings here.
Tips
Use a logo on a transparent background (PNG or SVG) so it sits cleanly on any email background
Pick a brand colour with enough contrast against white — the button text needs to stay readable
You can remove the banner image from a specific email in the Flow action if a clean, logo-only header looks better
Before this works
Klaviyo needs to be connected first. See Setting up the Klaviyo integration.
