When you connect Klaviyo, Checkout Links automatically adds three ready-made content blocks to your Klaviyo content library. Each one already contains your store's personalized checkout link, so you can drag it into any campaign or flow — no copy-pasting links.
The three blocks
Checkout Links — Abandoned Cart CTA — a button that sends a shopper straight back to their cart to finish checking out.
Checkout Links — Reorder CTA — a button that pre-fills checkout with a returning customer's details for one-click replenishment.
Checkout Links — Reorder Banner — a ready-styled banner with a "Reorder now" link, for the top of your reorder emails.
Using a block in your emails
In Klaviyo, open your email or template editor and look in your saved content library. Search Checkout to find the three blocks, then drag the one you want into your email. That's it — the link inside is already set up.
How personalization works
Each block's link uses your customer's unique Checkout Links shortcode, so every recipient gets a checkout pre-filled for them:
https://yourstore.com/cl/abandon?c={{ person.checkout_links_shortcode }}
The shortcode is added to each customer's Klaviyo profile automatically. New customers sync within a minute or two; to sync everyone who already has a Klaviyo profile, use Sync shortcodes on the Klaviyo settings page.
Styling
The button blocks use your Checkout Links email brand color by default. You can restyle any block in Klaviyo's editor like any other content block — your changes stay put.
Reinstalling the blocks
If you delete or break a block, go to Settings > Klaviyo in Checkout Links and click Reset email setup. This recreates all three blocks fresh — you may need to re-add them to any flows where you'd customized them.
