Cause
The discount code isn't available to the Checkout Links channel, has expired, or has reached its usage limit.
Fix
Check the discount in Shopify admin — is it active?
Verify it's enabled for the Checkout Links sales channel
Check if the discount has usage limits that have been reached
Make sure the discount's date range hasn't expired
Verify the discount function is enabled in Checkout Links settings
