Custom views let you save filter and sort combinations on the Links page so you can jump straight to the slice of links you care about — and pair beautifully with Duplicate link for a fast, template-style workflow when you create new links.
What views are
A view is a saved set of filters and a sort order on the Links page. Views appear as tabs above the link table, so switching between them is a single click.
Every store has four built-in views that can't be renamed or deleted:
All — every link in the store
Dynamic — links that build the cart from URL parameters
Active — links currently live
Draft — links saved but not active yet
Create a custom view
Open the Links page and stay on the All tab
Apply any filters and sort you want — search by name or shortcode, filter by Status or Type, and pick a sort column
Click Save view
Enter a name in Enter a name for this view and save
A new tab appears with your view name. You'll see a View saved successfully confirmation.
You can also click the + button next to the tabs to start an empty view from scratch.
What gets saved
Search query (matches link name or shortcode)
Status filter (Active, Draft)
Type filter (for example, Dynamic)
Sort column and direction
You can sort by Updated, Name, Shortcode, Status, Type, Clicks, Orders, Conversion Rate, or Sales — each ascending or descending.
Rename or delete a view
Click the dropdown arrow on the custom view's tab
Choose Rename view to update the name, or Delete view to remove it
The four built-in views (All, Dynamic, Active, Draft) don't have this dropdown — they can't be renamed or deleted.
Use views as a template workflow
Views don't store link configurations on their own, but combined with Duplicate link they make a great template system. Set up a few "starting point" links once, save a view that surfaces them, and duplicate from that view whenever you need a new link.
Build the links you want to use as templates — for example, an influencer link, a B2B link, and a bundle link. Keep them as Draft and give each a recognisable name (e.g. prefix with TEMPLATE —)
On the Links page, filter by Status: Draft and search for TEMPLATE
Click Save view and call it Templates
Whenever you need a new link, open the Templates view, find the right starting point, click the three-dot menu (⋯), and choose Duplicate link
Edit the duplicate — rename it, set it to Active, and tweak anything you need
The original templates stay untouched and ready for next time.
Things to know
Views are saved per store — everyone on your team sees the same views
There's no limit on how many custom views you can create
The four built-in views (All, Dynamic, Active, Draft) are always available and can't be deleted
Views save filters and sort only — they don't store the link itself. Use Duplicate link when you want to copy a link's settings
