The Callout block adds a highlighted message box to your pre-checkout page. Use it to draw attention to important information like a limited-time offer, free shipping, or special instructions.
The Callout block is optional, and you can add multiple Callout blocks to the same page.
Settings
Text
Text — A rich text editor for your callout message. Supports formatting like bold, italic, links, and lists.
Color Preset
Choose a color scheme for your callout from seven presets:
Light grey (default) — Subtle, neutral callout
Red — Urgency or warnings
Orange — Attention-grabbing announcements
Purple — Premium or special offers
Green — Success messages or eco-friendly promotions
Blue — Informational messages
Custom — Pick your own background, text, and border colors using color pickers
Border
Show border — Toggle the border on or off. On by default.
Dotted border — Switch from a solid border to a dotted one. Only appears when the border is turned on.
Tips
Place a callout near the top of the page to highlight the offer right away.
Use a second callout above the checkout button for a final nudge — like "Free shipping on this order" or "Offer ends tonight".
Match the color to the message — red for urgency, green for positive news, grey for general info.
